  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Return Policy Details:

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: Slippers (for hygiene reasons), keychains (if personalized), and sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Exchange Option: Available for most items within 30 days

Step 2: Pack Your Items Securely

Place items in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refund Fairy Dust

Once we receive and inspect your return:
