Magical Return Details:
- ⏳ Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- 📦 Return Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Slippers (for hygiene reasons), keychains (if personalized), and sale items marked “Final Sale”
- 💖 Exchange Option: Available for most items within 30 days

Step 2: Pack Your Items Securely
Place items in their original packaging (or similar protective packaging) with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Fairy Dust
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- 🔄 Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- ⏱ Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- 📬 Notification: You’ll receive an email when your refund is processed
- 💳 Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges: Bibbidi-Bobbidi-New!
For exchanges:

- Specify the replacement item you’d like in your email
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new item)
Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For our magical customers outside the US:
- ✈️ You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- 🌍 Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- 📝 Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
