Do you carry plus sizes or extended sizing?
Many of our apparel items come in a range of sizes, including plus sizes where available. Please check individual product listings for specific sizing information. Our unisex items often provide more flexible sizing options too!
Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and makes future checkouts faster than Peter Pan can fly!
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders as quickly as Mickey in Fantasia (usually within 1-2 hours during business hours)! If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to catch your order before it begins its magical journey to you.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our enchanted payment portal.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We never store full credit card details on our servers.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can happen for several magical reasons:
- Insufficient funds
- Bank security measures (sometimes they’re more protective than Maleficent!)

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions) to bring Disney magic to fashion lovers across the globe! During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your kingdom.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two enchanted shipping methods:
- The Express Pumpkin (Standard Shipping): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
- The Magical Carpet Ride (Free Shipping): FREE for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your package’s adventure right to your doorstep! If you don’t receive tracking info within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
My package seems lost. What should I do?
First, check the tracking information – sometimes packages take unexpected detours (even Fairy Godmothers get lost sometimes!). If it’s been more than 5 days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll investigate with our courier partners.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email our customer service fairies at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! That’s not the magic we intended. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right faster than you can say “Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!”
